For our foreign investment partners, i.e. the non-US citizens, a healthy profit to risk ratio is clearly in the foreground. Due to the uniqueness of our financing structure, in which provision of capital is spread between two investor groups, and for completely different reasons, the risk of the foreign partners is calculable and marginal. The price/earnings ratio is well below what most other capital investments can offer. With our PDP projects, the ratio is between 4 and 6.5, whereas with our recent Greenwood expansion drilling projects p/e ratio is between 2.5 and 4. Our most recent Greenwood project, in fact, shows a brilliant initial return of 50% per annum.
