Security is the most important issue for any investor. All of AMTEX’ projects therefore have the following in common:

	Notarial registration of the direct participation in the relevant County Court (comparable to the deeds registry) and therewith registered ownership share in a recovery right
	Pro-rata share in all payouts, with quarterly payout in US Dollars (also possible in other currencies, e.g. Euro, or as re-investment in stocks market or mutual fund)
	Audited, state-registered and controlled oil and gas production
	Transparency and accessibility concerning all output results. All US oil and natural gas production facilities are subject to state control and are therefore accessible to the public and may be checked by anyone at any time. All production data are published by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the Rail Road Commission (RRC) and can be accessed via the Internet
	Personal quarterly financial statements
	Administration, financial statements, and client support are taken care of by our German and/or South African partners
	Secure payment routes via a trust account
	Oil and gas delivery contracts with refineries or suppliers
	Tax declarations may be made through our American tax consultants (CPA)
